Now that’s customer service

Here are some additional recommendations based on good (great actually) service I’ve received recently.

Recently I posted a review of Faoi Do Chois and got back a reply from saying:

I spoke to our production company and they are
going to reproduce all the NTSC copies of the DVD. We will of course be sending a free copy to everyone who has received one of the originals. I hope that this will solve the problem.

I hope it does as well and they certainly didn’t (in my opinion) need to commit to sending out replacement copies. The quality of the original DVDs wasn’t great but they were certainly usable. This is an example of a commitment to quality and integrity to do the right thing. If you’ve got any interest in Irish dance, go support them by buying a DVD.

I also bought a component for holography last week and the item was shipped a bit late. I wasn’t too concerned since I’d bought from this person before but to make up for being late he added an additional part. Again not necessary but I appreciate his effort to make up for a mistake.

It’s not hard to keep customers happy and these two know how to do it.
