Adventures in Belize

Having frozen our patooties off in Ireland last year, we opted for a beach bum trip this summer. A return to Jamaica tempted us, but Susan wanted something completely different. Micky Ray, one of Susan's co-workers, told of having a great time with his wife in Belize, both on land and beach. While our first thought was complete surrender to sun, rum, and surf, the more we learned about the Belizean jungle, the more we wanted to experience it. Suffice it to say if you go to Belize and miss the Cayo district, you have missed out!
